REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Birthdays and Private Events - A valid credit card or debit card is required to reserve your reservation. A $150 Non-Refundable Deposit will be required to hold your reservation once we confirm your booking date and time. Final payment is due 10 days from the start of your event no exceptions. If payment is not completed with us contacting, you or you are contacting us, we will open the date back up to the public with the NON-Refundable Deposit not being returned under no circumstances whatsoever.  Once a date has been requested and confirmed by us for availability at least a $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold that date. If no payment is received within, we reserve the right to consider that date still open. NO REFUND in the event of the reservation being canceled within 48 hours of your event. We will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary. We will move the event to another date due to bad weather.  6 & under are not allowed in the Gamerz Truck or regarding any inside participation.  7 Years of Age not allowed to participate in Gamerz Laser Tag No Exceptions.

For schools, Churches, Non-profits, Corporations, and other non-private parties, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your balance is due at the time of booking. Full payment 7 DAYS time of your reservation request to continue holding your date it will re-open back to the public on the 7th day. We run your CARD that's file 10 days before your event. No cancellations will be allowed within 2 weeks of your scheduled event. We will make every attempt to reschedule your event within the next 90 days. The rescheduled event is based on availability and must be rescheduled within 90 days of your original event.

 

PRIVACY POLICY: 
Gamerz Truck is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. 

 

TRAVEL SURCHARGE: 
Our primary service area is a 30-mile radius from Elizabethtown, Kentucky (Zip 42701. ) We also service a “secondary” area outside our primary area but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area. See our Service Area page for coverage areas. 

LASER TAG LIABILITY RELEASE (WAIVER): 
All participants in a Buckeye Video Game Truck Laser Tag party must have a signed waiver form, however, we make it easy for parents to sign just one liability release form if they agree to accept full responsibility for any accidents or damages on their own property for all players/guests they invited. Since we would not know who was invited or not that extends to anyone on the homeowners' property and playing our games. If the homeowner does not want to accept that responsibility then it is up to the parent/homeowner to collect Liability Release Forms for all those guests playing and then provide us with those release forms. The form is located under “Laser Tag Parties” in the drop-down menu or by clicking here. Laser Tag release forms can be mailed to sales@gamerztruck.com 3 days before the event. 

 

BAD WEATHER: 
The Gamerz Truck trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate-controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding, and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snowstorm or another strong weather event) please contact us to begin the rescheduling. If you have a Laser Tag Birthday party booked and bad weather is determined. Here are your choices. 1 We can offer the Video Game Truck or Nerf War based on availability. 2. We can reschedule based on availability. 3. We offer you a Gamerz Truck, LLC Gift Card for the total amount. No other options will be permitted. 

 

SUPERVISED CHILDREN: 
Gamerz Truck does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times. Guests under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian to be on the property and within contact with the game coach should a need to contact them arise. Guest or family under age 6 require a parent on board. 

 

Alcohol/DRUGS: 
You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Buckeye Video Game Truck equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately. 

 

DAMAGE/INJURY: 
Gamerz Truck or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above grounds and below-ground property/equipment damage. Gamerz Truck is not responsible for Mail Box or Curb damages. Additionally, Gamerz Truck reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of the same by clients' guests. Gamerz Truck or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client's property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host. You're responsible for your guest. If the coaches feel as though they're in danger the game truck or laser tag leaves immediately.

 

FOOD/DRINK:
Gamerz Truck does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering. 

 

PICTURES: 
While your party is in effect the Game Coach will be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on Gamerz Truck Video Game Truck Facebook Fan Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify us via Email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens. 

 

INVITATIONS: 
Option 1. Invitations provided you can download invitations for free from our website Invitations you then can print from home or your local print shop. Option 2. Return to our website click Book Now-It will open the scheduling software-Click tab Online Invitations you can then email out your invitation's to your guest free of charge you will need your order number in order to do so.

 

TIPS: 
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors inspire and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required. 

 

Our TRUCK/TRAILER: 
When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. 

**Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 61 feet of space to park. Additionally, our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off a hardened surface. 

 

VIDEO GAME RATINGS: 
Gamerz Truck Video Game Truck will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without authorization from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer, or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he gets there.

 

Update: 

 If a Partch is needed during the party, we have no responsibility for that taking place. We have to allow it to take place on the consoles. Do not expect a refund if this occurs. Other games can be played while it's taking place. XBOX'S are not updated for FORTNITE.

 

PARTY AT A PARK:
It is your, the customer's, responsibility to obtain any and all required permits and permission must be received from the park prior to arrival at the party. Often parks will request a "Certificate of Insurance" or require it to be listed as an "Additional Insured" on our insurance policy. If a Park requests a COI or Additional Insured please provide us with contact information and we will obtain the information and forward it to you. Furthermore, if proper permits and requirements are not obtained when the Game Truck arrives, the party will be considered canceled and no refund (per refund policy) will be given.

EVERYONE

Content is generally suitable for all ages. May contain minimal cartoon, fantasy or mild violence and/or infrequent use of mild language.

TEEN

Content is generally suitable for ages 13 and older. May contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood, simulated gambling, and/or infrequent use of strong language.

MATURE

Content is generally suitable for ages 17 and older. May contain intense violence, blood and gore, sexual content and/or strong language.
